No camera or experience needed! Just a willingness to learn and have fun!
DAY
1
Learn about composition and how to frame a shot through games and practice on a camera. Learn about ISO and how lighting affects your image. Practice through games and with a camera. Start a craft and eat snack.
Learn about shutter speed and how to use it to capture an image with motion. Learn about aperture and depth of field through games and using a camera. Look at basic photo editing. Finish crafts and eat snack.

Practice putting all elements together. Spend most of the day taking pictures and photo editing to finalize their favorite shot. Have snacks.
Review of the week! Photography scavenger hunt. Presentation of printed images. Each student will get 2 of their images printed to take home. End the day with train & carousel rides as a group and eat snack.

We look forward to working with your child and letting their creativity blossom! We ask that you send your child with a water bottle and snack each day. Cameras will be provided for use during camp. Click below to register and sign the waiver.
*Refund policy: If you cancel 2 weeks before the camp you will receive a full refund, minus a $30 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations less than 14 days prior to camp.
